New Flex Affiliate Web Banners, Column Ads, Email Signature Ads
The Core Documents’ Flex Affiliate web site allows Accountants, Insurance Agents, Payroll Companies, PEOs, Attorneys, TPAs, and Insurance Companies to private label the entire Core Documents website and product line as an extension of their website.
Core Documents has added a complete set of Banner and Column ads that can be used on our Flex Affiliate partner’s own website to drive more traffic and business to their Flex Affiliate web pages. These ads can also be used as an email signature line banner with a hyperlink back to the appropriate Flex Affiliate webpage.

As you know, two months before and after January 1 is when employers update or add tax-favored benefit plan documents. Early notice to clients now will give them a friendly heads-up and may create new sales opportunities for you.
This would be a good time to send key clients a link to your Flex Affiliate webpages for the products you recommend.
You can share the new videos in an email, too. They will help your clients understand how these plans can enhance their benefits package to save money by reducing taxes or reduce new ACA liability. The DOL requires employers to update plan documents every 5 years so employees receive an updated Plan SPD; plus, the ACA-required Wrap SPD Plan Document update is required every time the health plan changes.
Instructions to SAVE Images:
Right-click on the image you want to save, check “Save Image As,” and designate a file folder on your PC. If you don’t designate a folder the file may save to your Download Folder. Once saved, upload the image to your website using your image upload function or FTP software. Once uploaded to your website you can access it and “Insert” the image on any page or column of your website. Then add the appropriate hyperlink webpage address to the image. This hyperlink will take the interested user to the page on your Affiliate site as sampled below. Click on any of the links below to see how this works.
