Plan Documents made easy
It is perhaps the most complex and important written requirement for employers setting up any tax-saving benefit plan — the plan document and SPD rule. And, it has to be done right.
Core Documents has simplified this process for employers and their agents with our all-in-one plan document packages. For one low price, every Core HRA Plan Document package includes:
- Signature-ready plan document;
- Corporate resolution to adopt an HRA;
- Summary Plan Description (SPD);
- Employee election forms;
- Claim forms; and,
- Administrative handbook.
Note: The QSEHRA and ICHRA packages also include the respective required Notice to Employees and Substantiation of Coverage forms.

Just print, sign, distribute
All an employer has to do once a Core HRA Plan Document package arrives is:
- Print and sign the Plan Document, and,
- At least 30 days* before each plan year begins, distribute the SPD with election and claim forms to every eligible employee.
*The ICHRA Notice to Employees must be distributed to employees at least 90 days before the start of the plan year.
No filing with any agency
The plan document is not filed with the IRS, DOL, or any other government agency. Just keep it on file and available in case of an IRS audit, the DOL requesting a copy, an employee asking to view the document, and for internal administrative guidance.
Election forms must be signed by employees, returned to the employer, and kept on file.

No annual fee — Core Documents will notify you when there are sufficient changes in the Code to require amending and restating your Plan. You can amend and update anytime, and only when necessary, which is the most cost-effective way to maintain a HRA Plan.
Fast Service — Most orders placed by 3 PM are returned via email the same day, Monday through Friday. Weekend orders are sent out Monday morning. Plan document packages are processed in the order received. During our busiest months (December, January, and February), the rush order fee (see order form) marks your document to be processed immediately.
Refund Policy: Goods and services provided by Core Documents, Inc. are non-refundable upon receipt. Orders cancelled prior to shipping are subject to a fee to cover the cost of goods and services provided during the review, draft, and preparation of your order.
